Existing equipment

Equipment that already exists.

Operable, or restorable under a written scope to an agreed acceptance standard.

Underwritten

Assessed before we commit.

Ahead of your commitment as well. Condition is established, not asserted.

Warranted

A written delivery warranty.

Written, against the refurbishment scope. Terms are established per package — against condition, the scope of work performed, and the warranting party — and are set in the definitive purchase agreement.

Emissions

Assessed against your limits.

We look at combustion configuration and achievable emissions against the limits at your site, and scope SCR, CO catalyst, and combustion upgrades into the package. Permitting outcomes rest with your authority and your permitting counsel — we scope the equipment to the limits you give us.

Why ownership matters to you

Because we own it, we can hold it.

Much of what is marketed in this business is a unit somebody has seen a photograph of. When we offer you a package, it exists, we control it, and you are not one of four buyers being run at the same asset by four different agents.

It also means we can take a package off the market while you run technical diligence and get internal approval. An intermediary cannot do that — his seller will sell it out from under you.

The obvious question that raises is whether we will push you the machine we happen to be holding. We buy for our own account, but if the right package for your site is one we do not own, we will go acquire it — or tell you plainly that we cannot meet your date. We would rather lose a sale than put a machine on a schedule it cannot hold.

  • Your site, capacity, and schedule are not disclosed to sellers or third parties
  • We source against your requirement without naming you
  • US-destined packages are screened for origin, export control, and sanctions exposure
Capacity requirement

Tell us your requirement.

Capacity, site conditions, and your first-fire date. We will tell you quickly whether we can meet it, and say so plainly if we cannot. Current availability — output at ISO and at your site conditions, hours since the last major, controls platform, location, and earliest ready-for-shipment date — is shared under a mutual NDA.

Information submitted through this form is treated as confidential. If you would prefer to exchange detail under an NDA, tell us and we will put a mutual NDA in place before you send anything further. See our Privacy Policy.
