You have equipment. We buy it.
Retiring a plant, canceling a development, or holding units that will not be redeployed — we buy it outright, on our own capital, on a schedule you set. No public listing, no chain of intermediaries.
Situations we are comfortable with.
- Operating plants being retired or repowered
- Canceled or never-commissioned projects
- Equipment held in storage or preservation
- Partial packages and balance of plant
- Units still installed and requiring removal
- Assets held by receivers, lenders, or liquidators
Three reasons to deal with us directly.
We buy it, we do not list it.
Our offers are not conditioned on obtaining financing. At close we take title.
Inspection, terms, funded escrow.
Inspection, terms, and a deposit into escrow on a compressed timeline. We do not ask you to take equipment off the market before our money is committed.
No public listing.
Your asset is not publicly marketed, and we do not shop your name.
A retirement sale is not really about the machine.
It is about whether the buyer blows your demolition mobilization, who signs the waste manifest, and whether the offer you accepted is the offer that closes. We would rather raise these before you do.
- As-is/where-is, or removed by us?
- Either. If we remove, the rigging contract is ours, our riggers work under your site safety program, and you get certificates of insurance naming you as additional insured before anyone mobilizes.
- Asbestos, lead, and the environmental tail
- Lagging, insulation blankets, and gaskets on machines of this vintage are asbestos-containing until surveyed otherwise, and the paint is often lead. We price abatement into the entry basis. Who holds the waste manifest and who is generator of record is agreed in writing, not discovered in week three.
- Your demolition contractor's schedule
- Your window is usually set by the demo contract, the deactivation notice, and permit expiries — not by you. Tell us the mobilization date and we sequence to it, and we coordinate with your demo contractor directly so you are not refereeing.
- Spares, tooling, and records
- We want the unit-specific tooling — rotor stands, lifting beams, jacking gear, alignment fixtures — and the spares, and we will walk and list them with you. We will also flag what looks like OEM consignment stock you may not own. Records transfer at close; you keep copies for your own regulatory tail.
- Title, liens, and consents
- We run UCC searches and work through lien releases, lender and board consents, and — where a receiver or a court process is involved — sale free and clear under the applicable regime. We would rather raise this on the first call.
- The whole lot, not just the good iron
- We would rather take the package — turbines, generators, balance of plant, spares, tooling — than cherry-pick two machines and leave you holding the rest. One counterparty for the site is usually worth more to a seller than a higher number on the turbines alone.
- Retrading
- [CONFIRM — Evan to approve as a public commitment] Our post-inspection offer is our offer. We do not reprice on findings we could have identified at inspection.
Tell us what you have.
Send whatever you have on hand. Make, model, serial number, and location are enough to start — we will come back on the rest.
Received.
We review every inquiry directly, and usually respond within one business day.
