These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of powerviewglobal.com, operated by Power View, LLC (“Power View,” “we,” “us”). By using this site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may revise these terms at any time; the version posted when you use the site is the version that applies.

2. No offer or solicitation

Nothing on this site is an offer to buy or sell equipment, an offer to enter into any agreement, or a commitment of any kind. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security or interest in any fund, entity, or investment vehicle, and nothing here should be read as an invitation to invest.

Any transaction with Power View is governed solely by executed definitive documentation. No statement on this site, and no correspondence arising from an inquiry form, creates a binding obligation, a right of exclusivity, or an agreement to negotiate. Terms of sale or purchase — including price, scope of work, delivery, allocation of risk, and warranty — are established for each package and are set out in the purchase agreement for that package.

3. Information on this site is indicative

Equipment classes, technical descriptions, output figures, schedule and lead-time ranges, process descriptions, and warranty summaries on this site describe our general practice and the market as we understand it. They are indicative and provided for information only. They are not representations, warranties, or guarantees as to any specific package, and they are not a commitment that any particular unit, condition, specification, price, or date will be available or achieved.

Schedule and lead-time ranges shown on this site are illustrative and depend on factors outside our control, including site readiness, civil and electrical works, fuel supply, permitting, interconnection, and the scope of work required for a given unit. Output figures depend on the quoting basis, site conditions, fuel, and unit condition. We do not publish inventory; availability and condition are discussed directly.

We may change, correct, or remove content on this site at any time without notice, and we do not undertake to update it.

4. No advice and no reliance

This site does not provide engineering, technical, legal, tax, regulatory, permitting, or investment advice, and nothing on it should be relied on as such. 5. Submissions through this site

Manufacturer names and model designations are used for identification purposes only. Power View is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any original equipment manufacturer. Manufacturer and model designations are used solely to identify the classes of equipment we transact in. All third-party names, marks, and model designations remain the property of their respective owners, and no sponsorship, affiliation, authorization, or endorsement is claimed or implied.

This site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

10. Availability

We do not guarantee that this site will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and we may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to all or part of it at any time.

This section concerns the website only. It does not limit, qualify, or disclaim any warranty, representation, or obligation Power View gives in an executed purchase agreement for a specific package. Those obligations are governed exclusively by that agreement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Power View and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, and advisors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, loss of business, loss of use, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, this site or its content, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Indemnification
